Grey Geometric Warrior Bracelet
Empowers and supports Maasai women in their community by creating a sense of purpose and hope through sustainable employment and fair wages.
The thread used to assemble this bracelet is salvaged from old grain bags and enhanced with recycled metal beads, old canisters and yoghurt pots to create the boning. And with every item purchased with us, a tree is planted in partnership with the National Forest Foundation.
|It is believed that beading was first used by Egyptians around 3100 B.C. and is one of the only art forms that has traceable roots to the beginning of mankind. Beaded adornments have long been a mark of beauty and prosperity among the Maasai in Tanzania for centuries.|
